This luxury villa is located in an urban luxury and excellent car access. At about 1.5 kilometers to several beaches including beach of Galé and Castelo, 2 km from the Salgados Golf Course and the beach, 30 km from Faro International Airport and 5 km from Albufeira, here you will find perfect place to relax. Isolated house of recent construction, consisting of garden with barbeque, swimming pool (7.8 m by 4 m) and zone of solarium and car park free for one or more cars. Inside these houses have three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room with TV and fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen including microwave and washing machine and also c / several terraces and pleasant views. The cleaning is done once a week with replacement of linen and towels.

Price, Terms & Payment

Easter (15/04/2011 untill 01/05/2011) and New Year(27/12/2011 until 03/01/2012) apply June rates

Price per night.

Minimum stay 2 nights.

To confirm the reservation a payment of 50% of the total cost has to be made.

This payment can be made by:

• Deposit in name of Algarve JCR, Lda, in Banif - Faro;

• By check or in money.

We don't support the bank transference costs, send copy of proof of the bank transference by fax or e-mail, and refer your name, the house to rent and the date of check-in and check out.

Before making this payment, certify availability from the unit that you wishes to rent, making for this effect a provisory Booking.

The rest 50% has to be paid on the check-in.

At check in the customer must pay a deposit of € 300 for the apartments, and € 400 for the villages.

The deposit is returned upon check out if anything has been damaged during the stay

The presented prices and conditions are valid after confirmation of our services and saved error of introduction.

CANCELLATIONS

• Cancellations with 10 days prior to arrival date free of any charge.
• Cancellations made with more than 48h prior arrival date 50% will be charged.
• Cancellations made with less than 48hours prior to arrival date will be considered as no-show.

NO-SHOW

• Customer will be charged the equivalent of 60% of the stay, but only if the remaining period of the stay is cancelled otherwise the total stay period will be charged
• In 1 or 2 nights stays, the no-show corresponds to the total of the booking.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT

• The check-in is effectuated only after the 4:00PM.
• The check-out is effectuated util the 12:00AM.

SERVICES

• Clean between 1-3 days per week depending on the type of housing and apartment.
• Replacing a laundry once a week.
